RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Cosmetics, Apparel, and Accessories
We are fully committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your TruTherapy Cosmetics purchase, we realize there are times that you may not. However due to the sensitivity of the cosmetic, apparel, and accessories products, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
However, if a cosmetic product is damaged, with the return of the damaged product (shipping and handling not included), we will issue store credit. Return shipping & handling charges do not apply and will not be refunded, it can be exchanged for store credit for your next purchase with us!
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of us receiving your item(s).

Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange. We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 15 days after the original purchase.
